As Professionals, what are some of the common challenges we may face?

We're required to practice 'being an expert' or 'leader', even though we don't FEEL like one at all...

We're required to be committed in our efforts, whether we believe in our selves or not...

We're required to take consistent action towards our goals and responsibilities, rather than avoiding, delaying, or putting it off...

We're required to have difficult conversations, meetings, and presentations, and somehow FUNCTION well, even though we find them uncomfortable and overwhelming...

We're required to 'bring our A game', even though we feel intimidated by the Heirarchy we're in, the environment, and the 'impressive' people around us...

We're required to STOP Micro-Managing and 'step back', even though our Income & Livelihood is on the line...

We're required to LISTEN non-defensively rather than forming our NEXT response in our heads...

We're required to be Self Aware of our needs and the needs of Others, even though we're feeling 'triggered', challenged and defensive...

We're required to balance assertiveness with empathy...because we don't want to become a doormat, but we DO want to BUILD and support key relationships...

We're required to EMPOWER our Team effectively, rather than 'commanding' them, 'rescuing' them, or micro-managing...

And ultimately, we're required to take consistent action in areas that we FIND personally challenging as individual HUMANS, because some things come easier to us, and somethings seem A LOT HARDER and unnatural...and in reality, many of these things that we find challenging are required for success in our businesses, careers and life...
